    I’m a multi-disciplinary Professional Coach, Speaker, and Business Owner, and I am excited to be your Coach.

    My coaching methodology is rooted in applied behavioral science and enriched by my life experiences. Within my coaching practice, I integrate elements of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Positive Intelligence (PQ), and Intentional Change Theory (ICT).
